Payment Schedule

* Remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

* A refundable security deposit (currently $200, subject to change) is due on the day of your event. It is typically refunded the same day—or no later than the following day—provided the venue is returned according to the rental agreement.

During your tour, we’ll show you the venue, discuss your vision, review our experiences, and answer all of your questions.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to decorate the venue yourself or hire your own professional decorator at no additional charge.

Your rental time is yours to use however you’d like. Most of our experiences include 7 hours, and many clients choose to use 2–3 hours of that time to decorate before guests arrive.

If you’d prefer not to worry about decorating, The Legacy Center also offers beautifully designed décor packages through our experienced team. We’ll handle the setup so you can simply arrive, celebrate, and enjoy your event.
